I found this deal on costco's website, I don't know how reliable this vendor is online but it has a solid b&m backbone. Here is the LINK. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Costco, in my experience with their rebates, has been very prompt. I don't think there would be a problem with getting it promptly.

The price has now dropped to $179.99 before rebate/coupon! $129 after the $20 coupon & $30 rebate, not including shipping/tax.

I ordered on Monday, and my order is still "In Process." :| My CC doesn't even have a preliminary charge on it.

I sent Costco CS an email asking what the hell was taking so long, and also asked them to charge me the new, lower price.

BB has a similar deal on a Linksys starting this Sunday for those who don't feel like waiting for it to come in the mail.
