After item is placed in cart, $16 instant rebate appears. Price breakdown as follows:

$74.98
-$25 Mail In Rebate (expires 09/15/07)
-$16 Instant Rebate (expires ??)
__________
= $33.98

I am not sure about the details of the instant rebate, but just bought this myself and got the rebate at checkout. Still a decent deal w/o the $16 instant rebate.

This is the *FIRST* time I've discovered a print server that appears intended to handle MFP (Multi Function Printer) / AIO (All In One) printer scanner combinations, wirelessly, to boot!

This unit has ports for 4 USB printers AND an RJ45 for 10/100 Ethernet AND a detachable R-SMA antenna (allowing the use of alternative (directional) antennas).

"PRINTERS AND MULTIFUNCTION PRINTERS WELCOME*
Tested with over 100 different printer models, this Print Server offers class-leading device compatibility. Using the web-based interface, easily scan documents, photos, and more directly to your computer. This print server is compatible with a wide range of USB multifunction printers including the scanning functionality of select multifunction printers and is backward compatible with USB 1.1/1.0 printers.*"

(Though I was unable to find / figure out that little asterisk!)

Other potential "Multifunction Print Servers":
Zyxel NPS-520
ZONET ZPS2000
(this DLink unit)
Iogear GMFFPSU01
Linksys WPSM54G-CA
Iogear GMFPSU21W6
HP JetDirect J6035D#ABA
Iogear GMFPSU22W6
Lexmark Marknet N7020E (4 USB, 10/100/1000 Ethernet)

I bought one of these a few months ago "open box" from newegg. I got it for ~$50 AR. I am using it with 2 printers. The first is an Epson R300 Photo and the second is a HP PSC 1510 multifunction. It provides support for scanning using an application that runs in a web browser, which works pretty darn well on both XP and Vista for me. If you want to stick your printers out of sight, this is a nice little box to have.
