My wireless system is legit...i'm not "leeching". I'm running a
D-Link router with my cable connection.
Here is a link to my card.
Earlier today, for no reason that I can think of, I lost my internet connection...even the icons for my wireless connection & the D-Link utility in the lower right corner.
When I went to the device manager, a yellow exclamation point was next to my wireless card & the packet scheduler miniport #3.
I tried moving my wireless card to another slot to no avail. I then uninstalled & reinstalled the software, then the card. That's when I started getting the messages.
In the folder where the D-Link software is installed, there's a program called "Anio" and another called "ANIWZCS". For some reason, the D-Link utility icon no longer shows up & I cannot start it by double-clicking the desktop icon or the icon in the system folder.
As far as occurence as to when the popup appears while doing general internet surfing...ebay, here, etc.
I still, however, have a yellow exclamation point next to the packet scheduler miniport #3 & am unable to uninstall...only disable.
