This is what EA's FAQ says:

I am running a firewall and cannot connect to EASO

Question
I am running a firewall and cannot connect to EASO!

Answer
In order to successfully connect to EASO from behind a firewall, the following ports need to be opened:

account.ea.com ? TCP ports 80, 443
easo01.ea.com ? TCP port 12100,
messaging.ea.com ? TCP port 13500
easo.ea.com ? TCP port 80
madden01.pogo.com - TCP port 20601, ports 32767-65535

For peer-peer (head to head), UDP port 1791 and 1792 need to be open.

Note: All the TCP ports need to be open for outgoing connections only. The UDP ports needs to open for outgoing and incoming (the UDP ports are the same as for Madden 2000-2002).

I don't have a clue how to open those ports, can anyone give me a dummy explanation on how to do this? I see Virtual Server and stuff in the router's setup page, but I don't understand any of this.

Can anyone help??

Four options:

1. Read the Router's Manual.

2. Put the playing computer in the DMZ (Don't know what is DMZ? Look at option 1).

3. Search the forum there is at least few answers to this question within the last 24 hours.

3. Log here (Courtsy of rw120555):D-Link - How To Setup Port Forwarding.
