Hi,

I bought a DI-713P wireless (new casing model) router from Amazon.com in March (the $95 deal). I just got around installing it and playing around with it and I'm having a lot of trouble w/ the wireless connectivity. I get wireless connection for about 10-15 min and then it just drops, no more signal, even when I'm like 1in away from the router. I read on Amazon.com that other people have had this problem w/ connectivity and they said that Amazon.com received a bunch of faulty routers.

Does anyone have this router and have the same problems as I do? I have the latest firmware (it came with latest) and my wired connections work fine. I am also running Windows XP. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to RMA it? Thanks ATers.

A bonus question to this one. On my 713P everything seem to work just fine except for the uplink (WAN) port to a DSL modem. The modem talks to teh network, all the right lights are blinking, but my computer does not see it. If I plug the modem into the regular LAN port on 713P with regular cable (instead of a cross-over for WAN) - all the same lights are on or blinking and my system does see it! Anybody heard anything about bad WAN ports on 713P? Thanks..
