There are some problems with that DI-524 router's firmware it ships with. If you get it and it disconnects a lot, downgrade to the 1.03 firmware available from DLink's site. I have it and once I did that, it worked smoothly since.

I am debating ordering that PCI card but I bet shipping would kill it for me and there are no close compusa's.

Exact same thing happened with mine... and I did the same thing. Router is perfect now
