This is with a brand new laptop. It worked for about 2 cd's worth of putting pics onto the computer. Then this.. any advice??
 
I guess I'd believe what the machine says: it's an I/O device error. If it appears to be just that one disc then maybe there is no issue, but there's a good chance the drive has a problem.
