D²OL: Is everyone else getting nothing but smallpox???

My second machine's tasklist has 102 smallpox in it's queue. And if they continue at the same pace, they are nice juicy ones. Typically, 11-13 atoms with 2 rotatable bonds, for a 13 second/conformer time. I hope this holds up. 😀

We have seen runs like this before... juicy treats that crunch quick and build bones 4 ways! 🙂 Gettem while you can. Just remember if you are getting all smallpox so will everyone else, so all things being equal you move at the same pace, just gain larger numbers in shorter time frame. On the other hand if your team has 300 nodes crunching smallpox and the others have fewer crunching your gains can be quite substantial. Just expect later to be eating a lot of heavies on some days..

Strangely, my other machine has smallpox/ebola, alternating back and forth, for the entire 100 queue.

So your one node just got lucky.. 🙂 Ah well it all pretty much evens out in the long run. The TeAm is off to a great start on todays production, and looks like some peeps like Diesel just popped into overdrive.. 🙂

Well, I have DSpy installed and it has nothing listed under the first except the last uploaded, last downloaded, last completed, etc. When I display the actual D2OL program, there is an ebola virus in the top left corner and a molecule spinning in the middle. In the left middle to bottom chart, there is nothing listed. The chart is titled Candidate in progress. I think I'm doing work when the DSpy program shows items below the stats and their are items listed under "Candidate in progress," but someone please confirm this.

jars...I am by no means a dspy expert, but the window under teh stats should be showing the times and energies of the 20 conformers in the candidate.

Now for my question, how do you know what is in my queue. I have been completing nothing but ebola and smallpox for the last three days according to the stats graphs on dspy. Do i have to direct dspy to look in a certain folder for whats in the queue?
