Cystic fibrosis on Bing

So I just did a search on Bing for "cystic fibrosis" and noticed the following in the search results:

Fortunately, the Wiki page in question doesn't reflect the snippet shown in the search results.
 
My question is, how does that happen? Did someone edit the Wiki entry and then Bing cached it before it was changed back?
