cyst on my face

so I got this cyst on my nose lanced earlier today - the pus was mostly/all squeezed out, but there seems to be more pus. the redness and swelling has gone down a lot. I'm holding a hot/warm towel to my face at the moment, and I'm putting disinfectant creme on it too.

Anyways, the area is still mooshy with a bit of pus - should I just let it run its course and have my body get rid of it/reabsorb it, or what? the hair was squeezed out, btw.

uhm... it's sort of like a zit, except like a boob, sort of. it's a large lump, and nothing spectacular at all.

cyst - caused when a hair tries to grow, but it doesn't quite get out because dead skin or something is clogging its way, so it grows funky. Then your body rejects the foreign matter by creating lots of pus and stuff in the area. The point is that you screw with it and make it burst and the stuff will all come out and your body will heal, but nowadays we just poke it and drain it. 🙂

Yeah, all better. Had to have it surgically removed and everything.
