cyclic redundancy errors installing MOH

i cannot get through an installation of medal of honor. it keeps giving me that error(cyclic redundancy error)
can anyone tell me whats going on? i thought it was my cd drive so i made a n image of it and used DAEMON but it still gave me that error. and not at the same place during installation either.
can anyone help?

Bad CD, flaky CD drive, bad memory (try www.simmtester.com), bad hard drive, flaky overclocked CPU. Any of these could cause the image to be corrupted as well.

Buy a legit copy and stop using the warez.

uh it is legit..and i took it back and got another one..and it still does the same thing...so..now i gotta try and figure out how to test my ram and other stuff 🙁
i went to that simmtester.com but i coulnt find the downloadable tester
