My e-mail to Lightship:
I'm having hosting by a customer of yours. This company seems to be having major issues with service and they are not providing any information to its customers. The have just finished major sales and now these problems. You have been given as a reason for the problems.
I would like to know if Cyberwings (www.cyberwings.com) the owner is Shawn J White is met their financial obligation with you. Have you taken action to convince Cyberwings meet their obligation to you?
Thanks
