CyberMax monitor???

I am looking to buy an inexpensive 21" monitor and found a place selling a CyberMax 21" monitor within my budget. I know that CyberMax makes systems, but do they make their own monitors or just rename another brands monitor? The person selling the monitor thinks CyberMax monitors are acutally Viewsonic monitors, but doesn't know for sure. Anyone know anything about these monitors?
 
How much is it?

Are you able to see the monitor in person? If not I wouldn't buy it. Since it's not a known thing then I wouldn't get it and find out it sucks. I'm all for getting cheaper stuff but when it comes to monitors I want quality because I'm always looking at it whenever I'm on the computer.
 
Cybermax is out of business. My Cybermax system came with a Princeton monitor which has worked fine lo these many years. Good luck.
