"CV" Sempron?

I just stumbled on this:

What does the "CV" version of this chip offer that the BA or BX chips dont? Or is this just mislabled? Or??

Someone just mentioned this on another thread. It seems CVs are D stepping CPUs (aka. winchester-based for those who wonder). This means that they dont have SSE3 and the improved memory controller of the E stepping ones. Also, D stepping cores were pretty mediocre overclockers back before venice came out. I'd guess these are just overstock and not in actual production.
