CUV4X OCed boot problems.

I have a C600 that runs stable at 927, the only problem is getting it to boot at that speed. It won't even post unless i boot into windows at 810 1.6v, then reboot at 855 1.7v and then I can go to 927 1.8v, does anyone know what the heck is causing this. The BIOS revision (1005 or 1006) doesn't make a difference.

no nothing happens at all then, not even a post.

I did forget to mention though that it is water cooled and even at 927 1.8v it's highest temp is 31c.
