I have tried it and just about every other suppliment out. None work, period, none of the Andro's, nothing. Only a good diet and cardio will get that last layer of spongy fat off. I weigh a lot, but my bodyfat percentage is 8%. You will start seeing your abs around 10-12% and you will look very vascular (veiny) when you dip lower than 10%. The only thing that works to get it off is verrrrry low carb (50-80g a day/ verrrrry low calorie dieting (1000-1500 a day) with 30 minutes of cardio every day and lots of water, not even diet coke, or anything like it. Try it and you will see. If not, keep thesmall amount of fat and get used to it.
