Cutting Gel or Ripping Gel??

Dude...I took a bath in that stuff and I dropped 50 lbs of pure fat. The stuff is so much easier than eating right and exercise. Hold on a sec...have to turn off the 10 shocking ab belts I have attached all over my body.
 
so i can assume youve tried this stuff?...ya i didnt think so..when u have then u can speak....i am already in really good shape...i just cant lose this layer of flabby on my stomach..it just wont go away...i eat very healthy..lift and exercise 4 days a week...i just want to lose the top layer of flab

I never jumped off a building before either but I kinda have a good idea of the results..
 
Don't do it man!!! It's just another snake preying on the desperate. Think about it. Don't you think it would be all over the news if it really worked? You need a change in your workout regiment, not wishing and hoping for some miracle cure.

you guys never tried it..u dont know...ur just assuming like huge @ssholes...my brother works at GNC and has tried it...he said it works a little but he didnt really have any fat on him anyway so ide think it would work better on me
 
I have heard about that stuff. I visit this bodybuilding forum once in a while and they have a forum just for supplements. YOu should try it, i am sure if u do a search u can find some stuff about it.

Eat less you fat bastard.

I am a competitive rower, 6'5" 200lbs, and that stuff does not work. The only way to lose weight is to eat less than your caloric demands. Why do people make such a big deal about this crap?
 
I have tried it and just about every other suppliment out. None work, period, none of the Andro's, nothing. Only a good diet and cardio will get that last layer of spongy fat off. I weigh a lot, but my bodyfat percentage is 8%. You will start seeing your abs around 10-12% and you will look very vascular (veiny) when you dip lower than 10%. The only thing that works to get it off is verrrrry low carb (50-80g a day/ verrrrry low calorie dieting (1000-1500 a day) with 30 minutes of cardio every day and lots of water, not even diet coke, or anything like it. Try it and you will see. If not, keep thesmall amount of fat and get used to it.
