Not really that cute. Does the girl have downs?

I was a day camp counselor as a summer job in college. I was in charge of these cutest 7 yo motherfuckers. They were all so sharp, talk so witty, etc.

The girl in vid is at least 6-7 and it took her like 20 mins to read 1 sentence? That has to be a development problem.

When I was 7, I remember I was speed reading comic books, WTF? She reads like she's 5.
