I got dachshunds! Yay! Shelter dogs, 5 years old or something idk. The red male is named Hopsfen (German for hops, as in beer) and the black and tan female I think we're going with Lotti.

Haha, that's funny you recognized it. It was actually my cat's bed, but he doesn't touch it at all in the summer and barely in the winter. :sheepish;

Awesome dpgs. Ever since I moved away from home and leaving our family dachshund with the parents, I've been wanting to get one. If I wasn't gone 14 hours a day I would do it today.

IDK, I'm sure the Hindu can't believe we eat cows. Personally though, eating just about any predator doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me because they sure don't seem like very good source of meat.
