cute vs hot

I would assume it's the same for a female as it is a male.

Cute = more desirable IMHO, means they are not only attractive but have a certain air about them that makes them more desirable (i.e. funny personality, lights up a room w/ their smile, etc)

Hot = strictly physical beauty and nothing more.

I would much rather have cute than hot.

ive been described as cute..... i dunno... the few women that are here can judge that by looking at my crappy quality pic in my sig..
 
I don't like to use hot. It sounds like a word used for whores. Cute or beautiful are preferred in my book.

I use beautiful for people who are pretty + have a good personality.
Cute is for girls that I would love to run up and hug.

thanks, but i'm not fishing for compliments. my boyfriend asked me what the difference is between a cute guy and a hot guy... i want to hear what your opinions are.

i'm not sure, I keep getting the cute thing, but then all the girls seem to be going for the hot, regardless of what they say about cute or "nice"
