Hate it when that happens...
Your best bet is to either leave it alone if it isn't actually dripping, or if it is, just keep dabbing it but don't soak up all the blood.. let a little bit stay on the cut. If you keep soaking it all up it will never clot.

stick a piece of toilet p- I mean, bathroom tissue- on it. Failing that, see if you can find a one of those pencil thingies or a bottle of 'Alum'.

Put a piece of a paper bag on it. Seriously.

And if that fails, go to the emergency room.

I once bled for 38 days when I cut myself with the razor. I was on a twice daily blood infusion to keep me alive. I no longer shave with a chainsaw.

It's still just bringing sharp cutting blade(s) to your sensitive skin, don't see how much they've advanced. It's not like it's a freakin' laser-blade.

Duct Tape It.. j/k
I cut the heel of my foot on a nice piece of glass once (right at the point where you're foot first hits the ground when you walk!)... It bled like a river, so i cleaned the cut, put a band aid on the wound and then heavy duty tape around my foot many times so that it would stop.

the first time i shaved i slit my skin underneath my chin and it was just gushing blood. i needed all these paper towels to eventually get the bleeding under control.

It's not that hard to cut yourself. Anyways, stop dabbling at it and let it clot. It sucks when you have to go out right after you cut yourself though...

Cover the cut with neosporin. That should create some surface tension and stop the bleeding. Wipe it off and reapply every fifteen to thirty minutes until the bleeding stops completely.

That's probably because it's "that time of the month", not because you cut yourself.

And you should be careful shaving down there....
