Customs envelope?

I'm trying to print a shipping label from Paypal for a package I'm mailing to Canada via USPS. Paypal tells me I need "Customs envelope 2976-E" for my shipping label...but I have to order them and it takes a while for them to arrive. I want to get the package shipped out ASAP, so...I'm wondering what the envelope is for and if I can pick some up at my local post office?

Your local post office should have everything you need. Of course you will have to wait until Tuesday to grab the necessary forms.
