The pedal died on me and I'm wondering if they can replace it. It seems they only have a website in Japan (although in English) with absolutely no contact info. Maybe I'm screwed because they're only a manufacturer and not a vendor?
 
call the nearest guitar center and see if they have any contact info for Boss is what I would do.
