Custom Resolution for Remote Desktop Connection?

When I log into Remote Desktop Connnection, I want to go with the native resolution of that computer, but the resolution selection on RDC isn't much. Is there a way to make custom resolutions like 1366 x 768?

edit these lines

desktopwidth:i:800

That doesn't work with custom resolutions like 1366 x 768. I wish it were that simple.

Odd, I'm not using the MS remote desktop client but I just specified a strange resolution like 1366x768 when connecting to a remote system and it worked fine.
