custom printed pens

I need to get some swag to give away and thought pens with my logo would be a good start. Can anybody recommend a cheap & fast place to get about 200 or so pens? I want to maintain a somewhat professional appearance without spending over $1.00/pen.

I have received many many promotional pens over the years and have never used them. They are simply too cheap to want to hold and write with. The best "swag" cheap item I received was a logo'd ruler that I still have in my desk.

It is similar to this one with the magnifying glass.
