I have never customized anything and been happy to buy pre-made gaming machines. Does anyone see anything wrong with this that I do not?

I would spec a bigger AIO, at least 280mm e.g. H115i , and faster ram. If their markup on the ram is too expensive. Spec it with the least expensive and smallest stick they have, and buy your own kit and slap it in.
