Everything looks pretty good, I might want to bump that PSU up to 650w, particularly if you think of overclocking.

The actual value of the build... we won't know until we see prices on the parts. The system looks good, but if it costs $1200 to build, then... no.

The only thing missing (in my opinion...) is an SSD for at least the operating system. A 256GB SSD can easily fit an OS and quite a few games... and unless you need the 1TB storage, you can leave it behind.

Don't forget an operating system.

I agree everything looks perfect except missing OS and me personally I would get a 850PSU so I can have a no nonsense future proof pc case if I ever wanted to use 2 video cards for a 4 monitor setup like I have now.

A 650-watt PSU would make that a great build IMO. Should last you quite a while for gaming.

The only other suggestion you may want to consider is bumping up the RAM, if it's in your budget. When we go to DDR4, the price on DDR3 will skyrocket, if history is any indication. Might want to go ahead and bump it to 16 for future-proofing. IIRC the games you listed will run fine on 8 GB, but I had heard of a few (but I can't remember which ones off the top of my head) that really do better with a ton of RAM.
