While looking around at making some custom boot disks, but not wanting to reinvent the wheel, I came across this AWESOME sight!
This Guy has done a GREAT job of making boot disks with tightly packed .rar files and ram disks created for utilities ...etc.

Then I got to thinking.... I wonder if anyone else has any similar favorite sort of places.... so if you do, share 'em here!

Made my own after going to bootdisk.com and that site also. You look at those long enough, you can make your own. Mine boots my laptop, connects the CardBus network card to the network, maps some drives, and allows me to ghost the laptop and so forth. Pretty handy.
Also a good use for computer labs where students change things constantly. You could make a bootdisk that would automatically reimage your comp and all you'd have to ever do was place the floppy in there.

WOW... I don't know why, but I thought that there would be a lot of interest! Guess not.

I have been wishing lately that I had a 2.88 MB floppy drive so that I could make larger boot floppy images for use on bootable CD Roms. My ultimate goal is to be able to have a bootable CD with just about every utility you could ever need for diagnosing, ghosting, tweaking, testing... etc.

Maybe if you put this in a technical forum you would have gotten a better response?

Boot disks are nothing new but are valuable to the everyday techie. I came across a similar site some time ago which took the basic idea from MS and took it a little further in order to develop a load for W2K. The 2000 info is available from MS, but I really like what this guy did with his diskette creation:
