Custom BF2 maps and servers?

Counterstrike had those fun maps like Iceworld (i think thats what it was called), various sniping maps, Rats, etc, is there anything like this for BF2? I'm interested in finding an all-chopper map to help with the flying skills. I only see the regular 10 or so maps on the server list.
