There's a lot of things you *can* do to fusetalk that you wouldn't necessarily do. (Read: because you'll get banned) This is just like the rating exploit where you could give a negative. All you're doing is submitting a variable to use as your avatar, but instead of submitting "blindfold.gif" you are manually submitting "http://www.yoursite.com/avatar.gif".

True enough...but just because you can do something doesn't mean you should...BTW angeldinoir's icon doesn't look weird to me....just a standard avitar....
 
I clicked on the thread and aves2k had a custom avatar in it. I clicked refresh and his avatar went back. What's going on?

Edit: WTF, I refreshed this thread and now random people within this thread are getting custom avatars. I think it's time to get off the bottle.

I'm just trying to keep it simple. But the point is you can change just about anything you want. Don't like any of the "state" options in the dropdown menu? Go ahead and submit "State of confusion". Don't like the 255 char limit on your sig? You can probably get around that too, although I haven't checked. Want to use an tag in your sig even though they supposedly turned that feature off for us plebs? I bet you can still use it.

You get the idea, but it will probably get the Mods might pissed too. ;)

I was going to post something like "Don't let your personal biases take the place of sound architectural choices." but I figured that someone's penis would deflate too much and no one gets 90% of the sh!t I post anyway.
