These 2 boards are exactly the same right? Except for the onboard video and sound? Are they pretty able to disable? How do you disable them? Through the bios or OS? Thanks.

CUSL2 has AGP Pro, supports PPGA, has 7 USB ports, integrated video, sometimes sound also.

but kind of meaningless since wasting a CUSL on a Celeron 533 or slower PPGA would be a crime given that $50 gets you a 900 MHz FC-PGA.
