CUSL2 and USB

During POST (After CPU recognition but before memory check), I get a pause while my MS Explorer Mouse light blinks for about 5 seconds or so. Unplugging the mouse = no pause.

Just seeing if anyone else has the prob or knows what's going on

Take a look at FIC's PA-2013. They make one with 2MB cache.

if u still use the 1001.a bios u will get the usb problem, i am not sure the new bios fix it or not, but for me the 1001.a bios is more stable than other new release bios

Had the prob with 1001.A and 1002. Both seem to be stable but 1002 added some AGP settings so I'm keeping that one.

Try setting USB Legacy to AUTO. Where mine is set and no problems with USB devices.

thats the same problem im having and i havent found a soloution the only thing that works for me is unpluging the mouse then putting it back on before windows boots strage i hope it gets fixed in the next bios release. i have tried every setting in the bios and none of them seee mto help.
