CUSA confusing ad- HD dvd player with DivX- $199

AD says- "Available 1st at CUSA".

I'm assuming this is an upconverting player with DivX capability.
If not, may be hot.
There is no mention anywhere on the page of the brand.
Product # is AVLP2/DVDLA #340292 if this helps.

Looks similar to the Philips 5960. Looks like neither support DTS audio.

BTW- The Philips player is a lot cheaper.

You should change the title to "HD upconverting DVD player", as this is not an HD DVD player.

That wasn't my point, it was the fact that this unit does NOT play HD DVD's as the thread title indicates. The actual listing even says "HD-DVD" player, when it is just a standard upconverting player.

The only HD DVD players out right now are the Toshiba units (including the rebadged RCA).
