Curved lines in photoshop?

How can I make a curved line in PS6? It'll be about a 45 degree bend, 8px wide...

Use the Pen Tool (press the "P" key to select it), to draw a bezier path.

Window > Show Paths, to list all paths.

Right-click a path and select "Stroke Path". You will be asked to select a tool to stroke the path with, so if you want exactly 8 pixels wide, you will have to make a brush for this first.
