Curses WinXP SP1

Wonderful service pack...performance has shot up, big security holes are fixed...sounds great right?

I'd think so too if using the Show Desktop Command didn't crash my computer now 😛

Oh and nview transparancy effects no longer work with my det drivers.

Thanks MS.

To show your desktop you can always use WinKey + M, or WinKey + D.

No issues for me with sp1 *so far*. Been running sp1 final for 11 days now, betas for the last month+. Seems like a pretty good job by MS so far (knock wood, it is MS!).

For some unknown reason, after XP's SP1, I think my Outlook just went bye-bye. Doesn't seem to want to talk to the Exchange server no more. Damn it.

My only problem is that my Kids computer now takes 3-6 minutes to boot up. Before SP1 it only took 3-60 seconds.
I'm thinking a piece of hardware is about to fail. I'll just wait and see.

go into modify email accounts and modify the exchange email account, delete the server it connects to and write the name back in. Should work, happens sometimes with service packs, dunno why.
