I have a Pioneer 115 DVD rom running on Windows 2k, with the service pack 1 and an Elsa Gloria 2 card with nvidia D3 drivers. Both winDVD and PowerDVD 3.0 won't play dvd's. Sometimes I get an FBI warning but then it stops. PowerDVD gives me an error "8060016 Device not found" I'm pretty sure it's installed correcty because I have no problems with CDs. I'm pretty sure I have the latest firmware, and DMA is on. I can't figure out what the dilly is.
