i asked one of my instructors for a letter of recommendation, and he asked for a CV... so now i'm trying to write one... 🙂
 
whoa, CV? None of my profs have ever asked for one of those when getting a letter of reccomendation. I have no idea even what that is, but I am assuming it has something to do with telling where you want to go in the school, what major you want. Or am I totally off...
 
yea i think it's mainly for people looking for employment in educational/research positions. i'm just trying to transfer schools, so i dunno...
