Nice job! It looks like a lot of work, but I'm sure the end results will be very satisfying for all concerned. Enjoy! 🙂

oh it will be, this was a last minute thanksgiving because i have to work a little today and so couldnt go where i was supposed to...there are only going to be 5 of us for a 18 pound turkey, 8 pound duck(duck has very little meat though), 3 pound chicken 🙂

and one is a vegitarian

Somewhere, a member of PETA is barfing and ready to burn your house down.

The final product looks sooooooooooooooo good.

oh it tasted really good, especially the sausage stuffing

it was weird at first because the duck was really fatty and a lot of skin so it looked almost undercooked (9 hours in the oven)...but once we got to the chicken and duck meat we knew it wasnt...

also i didnt have enough stuffing (supposed to be between each layer) so the meats all blended together and at times it was hard to tell what you were eating

haha awesome! we made that in our dorm for a pre-thanksgiving (b/c some people go home for the holidays) dinner...

Aren't ducks smaller than chickens?

So it would be a duck inside of a chicken inside of a turkey?
