some small problem deboning the turkey, a little more of the skin up front got cut then should and so you can see the duck start to spill out...but otherwise good

oh it will be, this was a last minute thanksgiving because i have to work a little today and so couldnt go where i was supposed to...there are only going to be 5 of us for a 18 pound turkey, 8 pound duck(duck has very little meat though), 3 pound chicken :)

and one is a vegitarian

Good job... i don't think I'd have the patience to debone fowl like that...

I've seen a turkey deboned in a matter of a few minutes.

Not a skill I really need but I was very impressed.

oh it tasted really good, especially the sausage stuffing

it was weird at first because the duck was really fatty and a lot of skin so it looked almost undercooked (9 hours in the oven)...but once we got to the chicken and duck meat we knew it wasnt...

also i didnt have enough stuffing (supposed to be between each layer) so the meats all blended together and at times it was hard to tell what you were eating

haha awesome! we made that in our dorm for a pre-thanksgiving (b/c some people go home for the holidays) dinner...
