my title is CIP (capital improvement plan) coordinator
i basically create, update, maintain datasets about a town's water, sewer lines, streets or anything the town or city owns.
i make new maps, i digitize old maps. make recommendations about what project needs to be worked on next to the cities and towns. i also do a lot to secure CDBG (community development block grants) for our towns and cities. money to drill a new water well or money to install a new sewer lagoon etc.

im unmarried but have a serious GF
