Hi everyone
I was wondering if anyone can help me in this area " How to find faults in cell phones through the current draw test by means of DC Power Supply".
Is there any specific chart for this?

You have to find the schematics of each cell phone, it includes measuring points and the values that you should get as well as the components parts numbers.
There is no one easy way to fix anything you have to trace the whole logic circuit and make sure that the right amount of power/the right signla reaches every part.

Also look at youtube for videos from louis rossmann and jessa jones they show this all the time.
