No. Its How many people know their password to anandtech forums. There is no such thing as "their anandtech".

When i first signed up, i just left my account logged in. Then I got logged out and i didnt remember my original password. :eek: after a month, i finally realized the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? button!!! Then i changed it. :)

i know it. I have two passwords I use for everything. And I login from school sometimes so I need to know it.

I changed mine, as soon as I received the confirmation email, to one I could readily remember. Stuff doesn't stay in my email for very long (for some reason or another:eek:), and I've reformatted this PC several times since then. Besides, I use the same *********** at several sites, so if I've forgotten it, I must be brain-dead:) -kd5-

I did.

I didn't for awhile, then I went on a 2 week vacation and didn't have access to my email account (i didn't want to set it up), so I memorized it.

Ummm, I just changed it to what I wanted it to be ;).

Acually, it's a wack password that geocities gave me way back in the day, so it's still gibbereish hehe.

Heh - That was the password for a new diagnostic routine we used on IBM midrange computers.
The instructions said to type in "password", so we tried "service", "repair", "diagnostics", "ibm", yadda, yadda ..... boy, did we feel dumb when we called support!

ya i know what you mean, man. Its hard to memorize the new passwords for everytime i get myself banned and i gotta recreate... hard stuff, indeed.

WOW that's awesome! I have a rotation of about 5 passwords that I use on the net, one of them is an old GeoCities password from several years ago like near after they started, all the other ones are ones that were assigned this way, too
