Curious... How many people, in %, have a college degree?(edit:in the world)

I'm guessing that if you have a college degree, you're in the top 1% of the world...

Thats in the US though...

i'm not looking to start a worldwide survey, i'm just curious if it would be accurate to say we(who hold degrees), are in the top 1% in terms of education in the world
