To number 5, I can definitively say it hurts them a lot more than without one simply cause the lube doesnt do enough. Moreso, the pain is from actual insertion cause well they arent ready for it, just like anal for the first time. They may confuse the insertion pain with the condom pain so 
Condoms work for not havin kids, but its so much more fun/enjoyable with the pill, plus cleanup is a hella ton easier, well not after your 5th round

To add to #5 - my wife and I haven't found a condom yet that doesn't hurt her after about 20-25 minutes and thats after using lube. Just something about they way she is built. Fortunately we believe in the no-baby-pill so I rarely have to wrap it anymore

1. For a guy, it sure seems to. I have used all kinds, thick, thin, lambskin, poly and latex. For me, I much prefer uncovered, but I have only been with one girl were I felt safe doing that. It was excellent, but I havent yet trusted another gal that much.
For women, it seems to make no difference. This is from talking to all the women I have slept with and many women who were just pals. They seem to get equal pleasure at all times.
3. A lot of guys and gals will come up with all sorts of reasons to not wear condoms. If you even have to question whether or not you should use one with a specific partner, then YOU NEED IT! Always err on the side of safety and health.
4. Pull out is horrible. Every state that has some sort of sex ed program strongly discourages it. If you're 17 and have to ask then I can only assume you have had NO sex ed in school. Its not wise to try. Use condoms or wait for marriage.
5. The pain relative to the womans tightness and lubrication, also fear and stress have a lot to do with it.
A lubricated condom makes it easier and adding KY is also recommended, especially for young gals with limited or no experience. It makes everything go a lot smoother (no pun intended).
A personal note: Dont get all hung up on the idea that marriage is sacred or that sex is automatically magical and special in a marriage. That kind of thinking is practically archaic in this day and age.
Have sex (safely) whenever you feel ready for it. Having it way too early or way too late is only going to cause psychological problems. Go to any bookstore and you can read literally hundred of books on sexual dysfunction. In fact books are still the best place to learn about anything, especially something as potentially dangerous as sex.
Try to avoid learning from your teenage friends.
Would you wanna learn how to fly from some guy thats still in flight school or from a 60 year-old with a hundred thousand flight hours?

***It is effective, but there is too much room for error and chance. I know two newly married couples that used the pull out method and it took both of them approximately 2 months each to tell me the exciting news that they're pregnant. I'm sure it only took about 5-10 times for them to screw up once.

***Use more lube. It's going to be painful for her just to stretch out. She doesn't need additional friction. However, she may be loose and wet to start with...you never know. Everyone is different and some girls are just bigger downstairs. Birth Control often has a side affect of vaginal dryness, so be sure to use foreplay often and spit always works as a lubricant if you can't get any astroglide.

Glad i'm not the only one who thinks they don't make too much difference in sensation. Nor do I have much problems putting them on or maintaining erection while putting them on.

The only time I don't like them is after the 5th or 6th time in one night. If you go for a marathon, they start to rub and it can be quite painful. The other thing is that during that kind of action, it's sometimes hard to maintain a solid erection anyhow....so they tend to cause some problems there. For most normal occasions, they're fine and they certainly serve a valuable purpose.

You dont know as much as the average 12 year old who has had a regular public education. And any 17 year old who says he knows plenty just makes me want to laugh, but again, not in an insulting manner.
I still have to encourage you to get out and read, a lot. You are so far in the dark you dont even have a clue what you are missing.
NOT that I am super-sexually enlightened or anything, but after travelling around the world and reading many books I have a pretty fair idea of exactly what my current knowledge level is and where and what I have to research.
As an example, I currently have about 7 general sex guides and another 4 massage guides of an erotic and general nature.
That doesnt include all the neat little books I've read and given away to girls over the years as encouragement to them. Most of those ladies were real glad to learn more and expand their horizons. As a result, we each have a lot more fun.
If you really want to open your mind I highly suggest you travel around Europe for a few years. That can be a lot more productive and fun than just reading American books and practicing with American women.

1. yes, amount depends on the type of condom used. I'll be honest I'm NOT always a super stud in bed, so sometimes less sensation is a good thing! (keeps me going)

exacty! Also the ones I used "twisted sensation" had some sort of twisty textured tip which really did something for my lady. My loss of sensation was maybe 5-10% (if you could measure it haaha) And she gained about 50% more from it.
I know what I said made it seem like I'm almost against condoms, I am not. I don't use them with my lady because she is fixed and uhhh even after over 15 years of having sex, I still seem to be unable to put them on correctly, so usually a couple go to waste.
Also nothing kills the mood more than having your woman all hot and ready, and she has to wait 2 minutes while you're (me) ignorant ass can't not put the condom on inside out.

I will be honest there have been times where I went 20, 30, even 45 minutes. It's not easy, I usually try counting from 0-100 then back down and keep doing it. Keeps my mind off sex somewhat and gives me a goal.

However, the risks of not using a condom are great enough that, were I in that situation again (I'm married and won't find myself there again), I'd absolutely wear a condom.
