According to my Human Physiology professor, muscle with more aerobic capicity is dark meat, while more anaerobic areas are white meat...why he mentioned that...I'm not quite sure I want to know.

It's a difference between fast twitch and slow twitch fibers in the muscle. The wing of a chicken is dark meat because the muscle is made of fast twitch fibers, the breast is white because it is made up of slow twitch fibers. The human body is pretty damn slow, so I'd imagine it would be dark meat.

This connects with the post about aerobic capacity mentioned above, just an extension of it.

That's backwards. Fast twitch is white, slow twitch is dark. A chicken breast is white because it's not an endurance muscle while the legs and wings are.

In humans it depends on the particular person. A marathon runner would have a higher proportion of dark meat(slow twitch) in their legs while a 100 meter sprinter would have a higher amount of white meat(fast twitch).

Arms I really don't know. Again probably depends on the person.
