Curiosity and U.S Shared Technology

I was wondering, is any of the technology used to launch, land, or in Curiosity secret U.S technology. I mean is it something Iran, China, or North Korea would have access too?

I doubt it. The software and programming of it must have cost a pretty penny in terms of man-hours, but I doubt the hardware of the rover is above what other nations have access to. Of course, if it is "secret" U.S. technology, I'm not sure how we would know about it...

EDIT: The camera on it must be expensive, too.

Well if it is secret US Technology, then I am sure Iran, China, etc. have access to it.

If they did, don't you think they'd have the same capabilities to do what the US has been able to do and accomplish?
