Not useful to run on women keeping their right to vote?

I don’t get it?
Republicans have made no secret that they are misoginistic and racists. Everyone knows it, and those that voted for them did so with full knowlage of it. It is working for them. They are winning. So, maybe not run against the very thing that Republicans are winning on.
Republicans say they won on the economy, but misogyny and racism was their primary party platform this last cycle.

List any culture war items for Dems here
I've posted this list in the past.

Democrats really need to put together something like a small government bill of rights. Something like this that applies to all levels of government:
  • The government shall not force you to give birth.
    • The government will not force you to get sicker because of a miscarriage.
    • The government will not force you to die because of an ectopic pregnancy.
    • The government will not ban any form of birth control deemed safe by the FDA (from a non-political board).
  • The government shall not get involved with consensual adult relationships.
    • The government shall not deny you from marrying any other adult.
    • The government shall not prevent interracial relationships.
    • The government shall not interfere with consensual adults in the bedroom.
  • The government shall not interfere with your right to vote (if only there were constitutional amendments that discuss this).
  • The government shall not take away freedom of speech in school.
  • The government shall not interfere between you and your doctor.
    • The government shall not ban surgeries deemed necessary by a licensed doctor and deemed safe by the FDA
    • (from a non-political board).
    • The government shall not ban drugs or other substances deemed necessary by a licensed doctor and deemed safe by the FDA
    • (from a non-political board).
  • The government shall not retaliate against businesses (or universities) that it does not agree with.
  • The government shall not place one religion over another.
    • The government shall not legislate their form of morality.
    • The government shall not ban religious clothing.
    • The government shall not ban religious speech or protests.
  • The government shall not retaliate
    • The government shall not go after those who are just doing their job legally,
    • The government shall not go after political opponents,
  • The government shall not trash the constitution (enough said)
  • The government shall not fill departments with political hacks.
    • The government shall not appoint or approve those who have no experience or no knowledge of the field simply because they have the same political views.
  • The government shall not accept bribes.
    • The government shall not make financial deals with companies to approve mergers/go around national security concerns
    • The government shall not accept campaign money from companies
    • The government shall not accept payments (or other things of value) for supreme court rulings (or any other court).
    • The government or its employees shall not profit from its work beyond their salaries. This includes forced for-profit stays by personnel at properties of any government employee.
  • The government shall not treat people as cattle.
    • The government shall not call anyone illegal or handle them as criminals until a trial has concluded that determines if they are illegal or criminals.
  • Etc.
Hammer out that message incessantly.

I'm willing to expand the list if anyone else has suggestions.

In my opinion asking highly logical male engineering types how to successfully run a culture war would be self defeating and produce theoretical propositions more than on average likely to fail. The stereotype for thechnically competent engineers is that they are emotional egg heads, in other words, cut off from their feelings, exactly the absence of the emotional skill needed to know how to make policies sound appealing and stir people.

Here's an issue that is economic and culture where Republicans are NOT for the AVERAGE American.

She must be getting tips from Nancy Pelosi on trading stocks.

None of these elected officials or their spouses should be allowed to trade on the market unless it is a totally blind trust.

Something we can all agree on I think. Anyone holding federal office - let's say appointee or higher - must put their funds in a blind trust, no exceptions.

As a former federal employee, I was required to disclose my holdings to prevent conflicts of interest in federal acquisition. The rules should be even stricter for people cutting the checks
