I live in a swing state and the tons of anti trans ads were devastating. A lot were run during sporting events they know regular people watch

The issue is...
- US is starting to show their fractures. It will impact in sports
- The have little culture, now they are trying to make one but is practically Sodom and Gomorrah.
- The right and left are pretty much dead and the moderates are losing more power than expecting.

I have a small issue with using the term ‘culture wars’. It isn’t really a culture war. It is a war on culture by people who have little. It is a war on people who retain sufficient self respect to hang on to the wish for the better against those whose self hate is strong enough to wish their own inner misery on others combined with all of the mechanical unconscious actions that we act out in our sleep.

At various times and with regards to specific individuated triggers, we can ossilate across the dividing line, hence the need for humility and self awareness.
