They aren't denying they did it, are they? The rest of the story makes no difference.

It's like being pulled over for speeding when you are traveling with a group of cars. "The others were speeding, too" won't get you anywhere.

You do the crime, you do the time.

Besides, I'm tired of PC, the race card, etc. Treat people as individuals. Like the saying: Remember you're unique. Just like everybody else." Don't make comparisons. Fair is not the same as equal.
