I ordered mine way back in the day (when this deal and the codes first popped up) and got a letter from gevalia today listing everything (including the coffee) as being out of stock. But stay tuned as they will be shipping it out as soon!

Dunno, some people in the other thread on FW are now claiming that Gevalia is going to be substituting something else for this, but they are not saying what (and it may not be a grind & brew type model). It will be too bad if they don't deliver it, but you can't really fault them, they probably sent out this offer by mail to a limited number of people, and had enough to handle that amount, but now everyone has found the number and is calling in on it. I'll wait and see what I get.

Aw crap. If I don't get what I ordered I don't want anything. The coffee maker either makes or breaks the deal.

From what I can tell this deal is now dead. I got a letter today stating that my selection
(the cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker) was not available and would ship
when/if it came in. I call their customer service and spoke with sharon
who informed me that this offer was no longer available, that my account was
inactive, and they would not be getting any more of this specific coffee maker in.

They did offer to send me the 10cup maker instead, and when I asked about price
they agreed to drop it to the $10 deal. Oh well, at least they didn't send me
the coffee only, or just enroll me in their monthly service, or substitue
a lame maker instead.

Yeah

Talked with CSR and she said that they will not be honoring ANY of the G&B deals. They had very limited stock and sold out in hours. They then said that in a "few weeks" they will offer a regular coffee maker in a take-it-or leave it deal. Ah, was worth a shot.

Dunno... just checked my cc and they finally charged me so I called CS about it. She said that it shipped 1/31 and that it was coffee1 coffee2 and the g&b... then she said hold on let me talk to my super because I thought the G&b was out of stock and we weren't getting any more. Came back & said she had to assume they shipped a substitue brewer that is of "greater value"... We'll see since she also told me to call back if there's a problem with the replacement.

My bet is that it's a normal old coffee maker, but we'll see!

Actually, it's the Stainless steel version, not the black or white plastic model.

I just talked to a rep and she said my order was shipped out on the 31st as well, and she was pretty sure it was the Grind and Brew.

I sure hope so or i am going to have to bags of full bean coffee, and no way to grind them. LOL

just called their 1800 number [1-800-GEVALIA (1-800-438-2542)] and they said that the Cuisine Art Grind and Brew deal is no longer going on...i asked her if they were going to get anymore and it was a negative...the only deal that she would offer was the $10 coffee deal (1 lb. of coffee) and a regular coffeemaker...

*sigh* guess for my all-nighters i'll still have to resort to no-doze and that cheap, nasty gas station coffee... :(

I also received the letter in the mail shortly after I signed up for the deal. I called a week ago and they said it was out of stock with no idea of when they would be getting them back in stock. I am on the phone as I am tying trying to find out more information. Let's see...

Well the door bell rang this morning and lo and behold it's the gevalia order with the grind and brew coffee maker. Yes it is the same cuisinart as advertised. It is not refurbished and it works great!!! just got done making the first pot. I am one of those who got the letter saying it was out of stock, so everyone has a great shot at still getting the order...

Amazingly enough, all 14 of my grind & brew orders arrived today in happy brown boxes with "gevalia" on the side. There is a god. My front desk guy wasn't happy, but hey, that's his job :)

What a friggin JERK!!! Why don't you bankrupt the country, steal from Gevalia and leave the rest of us out in the cold. I hope that coffee keeps you warm in hell, you rotten deal bustin' skank.

I received my Grind and Brew Saturady via USPS. Have used it 4 times already. Great Deal; Great Coffee. I like the coffee. I will most likely drop though since it is a little high once shipping ($5.15) for the coffee in the future is added.

I also had received the letter 2 wks ago about OOS. But it came through finally so I am happy! :)
