Just got off Tech support with Logitech, Fried rear channel on my Z680 Speakers-

Send em' the Control pod and Remote, and they send my a WHOLE NEW set.

Agreed. I've RMAed a few Trackman Marbles from them over the years and they just sent me a new one free of charge. Their trackballs and customer services rock. 😀
 
Yep, I had the front right speaker on my Z 540s stop working.. I just called them up, didn't send anything in, and got a set of z-640s (w/the center channel) in a week!

I didn't need one for my trackballs. I just read the numbers off the bottom (part number, model number) and they looked it up to see if it was still warrantied.

I just bought the Logitech MX Duo a few days ago. Damn is this ever nice. When I tried it out in the store, the keyboard was way too loud for my liking and I almost went with something else. I loved the mouse though, and the combo was only $10 more than the mouse alone, so I said what the hell. Got the duo and this keyboard is super quiet. Like, quieter than a laptop keyboard quiet. And the mouse just owns.

Cool thing is it works great in linux with no setup and no additional software. At least, all the stuff I use anyways.
 
Logitech RMAed a set of Z-640's for me because something broke in the mic jack on the center channel so no sound came out of anything besides the jack. Th sent me a brand new set free of charge and even told me to open up the center channel speaker and fix what ever was causeing it not let sound to come out. I did this after I got the new set so now I have 2 sets of these speakers execept 1 set where I pretty much destroyed the mic jack to get the sound to work for the rest of the system hehe.
All I needed was the serial number on the bottem of the sub. w00t for logitech. Also my Elite key board pwnz!!!
 
Nice to see Logitech have good CS!

Bet they are going to keep a load and gain more customers if they treat all their customers this way. I've not had to use MS CS so I can't comment but all their stuff works and still works for me.
